To provide this, Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS) is hiring motivated, courteous and knowledgeable Front Desk Associates and D\n...\noormen to ensure the best experience and related services are provided and available to all.\nPrimary Job Responsibilities:\n• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.\n• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized and unique experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations including:\n• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.\n• Planning and organizing on-site events.\n• Provide direction, referrals and helps access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services.\n• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.\n• Answer telephones, monitor lobby as well as maintain and control keys & access cards.\nRequirements:\n• 3+ years of customer service experience.\n• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.\n• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.\n• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.\n• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.\n• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.\nBenefits\n• Full-time employees (defined as working 30 or more hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision and other ancillary benefits.\n• All employees (full-time and part-time) are eligible to participate in the company’s 401K which has an employer match.\n“Planned Companies is an equal opportunity employer.
